Financial Structure & Sustainability For over two decades, the Peace Corps of Nigeria (PCN) has operated as a fully self-sustaining organization, independently financing its nationwide structures, community initiatives, and humanitarian operations. Our commitment to financial independence has even extended to the global stage, where we have fully sponsored members to represent Nigeria at key United Nations and African Union summits in the US, Brazil, Switzerland, and Kenya.

To maintain our autonomy and expand our impact, we generate revenue through a diversified financial model, including:

• Member Contributions: Registration fees, periodic dues, and development levies.

• Strategic Fundraising: Proceeds from our Annual Fund Fair and resource mobilization events.

• Institutional Support: Subventions from the Federal Government and corporate partners for approved initiatives.

• Grants & Partnerships: Targeted loans, grants, and donor support from local and international agencies.

• Philanthropy: Voluntary gifts and bequests from individuals committed to peace-building.
